Italy is a mature oil and gas province, extensively explored and exploited by Eni and other Majors. The Northern Area was intensively studied by Eni that exploited several large accumulations, leaving behind potential targets which form a niche that can benefit from the intense previous exploration works and with limited additional de-risking could be economically attractive.
Leveraging on the specific strong experience and network of the Board and the Management, Exploenergy is engaged to build an E&P Portfolio of marginal assets in the prolific Po Valley Basin, focusing on low risk exploration opportunities and undeveloped discoveries, that can be economically exploited under present market conditions.
The lean organization and low cost operations’ experience of Cadogan will contribute to exploiting the assets value.
Activities’ business conduct will adopt recognized international standards for operation and for the environment in which we operate.
